Our salesman was Richard Garcia. He made my family feel comfortable in trusting him to find the right car. He made us feel like he wasn’t trying to sell us a car on his lot, but instead he made us feel like he would do everything he could to get us the car we wanted. He continued to reassure us that he would do anything he could to help us, not just do anything to sell to us. The experience as a whole was very friendly and cordial. He just made us feel like he was a friend trying to do his best by us. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend Richard to our friends and family. The only reason we don’t intend on getting services from Nissan is because we have a close family friend mechanic that has been servicing our cars for almost a decade.
