WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, i waited over 12 weeks for my furniture and when they finally got here the furniture they came were missing some parts and have scratches all over and one of the night stand charger not even working and when i told the delievery guy i dont want it he refuse to take them back and told me i dont work with Ashley-Home Furniture we are a third party from enterprise just goto the store and they will help you out. I went to the store and told them evwrything happened the manager were their told me am so sorry about all that we will fix everything but unfortunately my system is down now i will call you when it gets back, and i wait it for 2 days and i went back to the store they told the manager on vaction, and the manager replacing her should be here tomorrow, i came the next day and talked to him and told him everything happened he said there is nothing i can help you with and there is nothing Documented here and he refuse to do a refund.. and i will take this to the next step because this is Consider scam and i have Prove for everything am saying. The dates, the location, and every call i made to Corporation nor store ita been Record it

Isavel helped me out and she was not pushy and very polite. She presented information, told me about the sales and allowed me to browse. When I was ready for questions, she and other staff were available and able to answer or find the answer. They also have a cool text system that allows their sale people to let you know when there’s a good deal. Honestly, that’s why a came back to purchase the items I wanted.

I have to say that my experience today with going to the Ashley Homestore Outlet was such a wonderful experience. I attempted to go to one of the bigger Ashley stores near me, but I just never felt comfortable. So, I got in my car and drove 45 min to the other side of town to the Outlet. I have been looking for the right mattress for months at a price I could afford. Well, Andrew (Drew) helped find that deal that fit my budget and that was perfect for me. I truly loved just walking through the store not feeling pressed to buy something, or feel like someone is on my heels. My mother was with me and she was quite pleased with how Drew treated us, and how he gathered my information and got my credit approval done in 10 min and I was instantly approved for 4k, even with a few bumps in my credit score. I recommend you stopping in and taking a look. They have something for everyone, and the quality is superb.
