He always walks in with a smile on his face and in such a great mood. He goes above and beyond to help us, he tests the equipment and takes the time to explain how things work for us. Always fast to take care of any issue we may have, always a great attitude, and very easy to work with. I was recently approached by another company about taking over my service and because of our great service I wouldn't even give them a chance.

Whether it is our usual service rep Mike, or someone who fills in when he is on vacation, the level of service can’t be beat. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a solid company to get your dishes washed, and the melon air freshener for the bathrooms smells great!

I work for a nationwide chain of pizza stores, as well as having worked in the food service field for many years outside of the pizza chain. I have experienced a couple of different commercial dishwasher companies over the years. Hands down Auto Chlor is the best I have dealt with! If I ever have an issue, all I have to do is call the number on dish machine, and they will call and answer any questions I have or send someone to address an issue if there is one. The technician Mike is very personable and friendly. Whenever he works on the dish machine, he lets me know what he has done, and tells me that maintaining the machine is like changing the oil in your car.
