My sole dental clinic since I arrived in US for 3 years now. I love how Dr. Nima, front desk ladies and the dental assistants who cleaned my teeth treat me so nicely and warm. But today will be my last day to step in this clinic. Had my routine cleaning today. And the DENTAL ASSISTANT WITH BANGS who did my teeth today knew that I am working in a facility with COVID cases. She kept on telling me that I might infect her and so on. She reported me to the head dentist DR. PALANO and the latter showed up telling me he will not check on me because in the first place I am not suppose to be there. He said I am putting their lives in danger. I told him I was just tested on Monday and the result is negative yesterday but he continued to scold me in front of his staff. It was really a nightmare for me. I was belittled and discriminated. I did the usual screening at the front desk and answered no for everything. I followed the policies of wearing a mask. At work, I dont work directly with the COVID positive residents and we get tested every week and I always get negative results since day 1. That’s why I can’t understand why I got such treatment from that OLD DOCTOR and the DENTAL ASSISTANT WITH BANGS. They’re rude! And by the way, I was even wanting to tell the front desk not to give me the same dental assistant next time. Her work is not good at all. I don’t usually complain. But this time, I kept on squeezing my hands because she’s cleaning my teeth with pain and sensitivity the whole time. She’s careless!

My overall experience with this dental office is Great! Dr.s and staff are wonderful. Very clean and friendly people. The name EXCELLENCE says it All. I love how thorough they clean your teeth and it last for a long time not like my previous Dentist. I highly recommend them for Excellent work they do. Good job! You deserved a 5 ***** stars !

Excellent, professional attention and service! Had to have an extraction and was a little nervous, but my dentist and assistant (Dr. A and assistant G), were gentle, efficient, and caring.... I will never go elsewhere!!! Thank you for taking care of me in the best possible way!!!!
