Spent 33000 on a used Ram 2500. Had to drive from Nashville to Iowa. Got about 50 miles away only to realize that the heat doesn't work. They said they serviced the truck but they didn't. Warning lights about oil having no life left as well as fuel filters. They told me it was all done. Next, I lost over a gallon of oil in less than 500 miles. Oil is everywhere under the truck. Stay away from these crooks!

GREAT Customer service! They make things right! The sales department just spent all morning getting my financials figured out to put me in the RIGHT truck!
One star is too many. I drove an hour and a half to see a truck. I called before I left the house and provided my contact info to ensure the truck was still available. After getting there the sales guy said he had to go to another lot to get the truck. 20 minutes later he comes back to let me know that it had “just been sold”. I call BS, truck had been on the lot for 2 months. His only option was another truck that was 4k higher.
Adding a truck to our fleet was quick and easy. The Fleet sales manager is very professional and knows that your time is valuable to business owners.
8:30am appointment only means they'll look at your car at some point that day didn't take my car to the back untill 9:30. Parts cost 106, labor 320 for 1.5 hours maybe and 30 minute diagnostic 120. Mind you I was just in there 2 months to the day they could of at least gave me a discount for the diagnostic before I got upset. To their credit one of the service people did step forward to explain their process better and later offered a discount. I wasn't getting upset just to get a discount as I told the lady they just needed to do a better job explaining things to their guests. I hope they listened to my suggestions as I listened to how they do things for a future reference. If I return I know what questions to ask.
I usually go to the Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Gallatin, but this place has a better price for oil changes. When my check engine light came on the other day, I automatically thought of bringing my car here. Bad idea. I already knew the code was due to a bad thermostat, but they still charged a 120 diagnostic fee. After two hours of no word, I decided I would not make it to work for at least a half-day. I walked up to the front desk for an update. Rachel was very straight to the point, which was fine. What is not okay is the prices they charge. They charged me 725 to change my thermostat, 516 dollars of that was labor alone. Need I go further? That means the actual part was only 89, once you subtract the labor and diagnostic fee. I went ahead and paid it because I couldn't miss another day of work looking for a shop, so my hands were tied. Moving forward, I will go elsewhere for my repairs. I understand dealerships are a bit more expensive, and if you have the money to do so, go for it. This, to me, seemed too expensive. You can find a cheaper shop with the same quality of work almost anywhere in Nashville. I just wish I had the time to do so instead of coming straight here first.
Wonderful service. Very personable. And excellent follow-up after the work is done. Thank you Freeland
