I ordered a two piece chicken from their Long Johns menu. Ii received the completely. Wrong order and I was the only person in the drive thru and no other customers s were inside either. If this what happens when they're dead. I feel really bad for the customers when they're busy.

The ljs chicken had black burned pieces on 4 of the 5 pieces, when I showed the drive thru person she offered the money back. I said I would prefer food that they would eat and she got angry and did not return to the window. The cook while tossing my order onto the counter realized she would have to give it to me because the window person was loudly complaining about any more effort being required per customer. The other lady handing me the food with obvious disgruntled attitude still receives an apology from me for being so much trouble. This is the second time I have visited in the past four months and the first time the food quality was poor. I really like ljs chicken but see that the quality won't be back at this location.
Disgusting food . save your money and go to Captain D's instead.
This is a mixed location of KFC and Long John Silvers and is the last remaining LJS in all of Nashville. They really don't want to do business as LJS and it shows because they never have any of it cooked. It says something that they tell us they don't have any Fish because of the \grease\ at 6pm. I've gotten other fish during quarantine, even from this store. There are constant other excuses though why they won't serve us LJS.. KFC food is just fine.. (albe mediocre most of the time)
Drive thru service was fast, food was hot, drinks were not right but we went bk thru and were not given a hard time and given better drinks.
