I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I HAD THEM COME OUT TO CHECK MY UNIT BECAUSE IT WASN'T BLOWING COLD AIR. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE UNIT BECAUSE THE CONDENSER WAS BAD. I GOT A SECOND OPINION. TURNS OUT THEY TURNED OFF MY BREAKER AND CUT WIRES TO MY UNIT. I WAS TOLD MY CONDENSER IS FINE BUT MY FAN BLADE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MCBRIDE WANTED ME TO PAY AROUND 6500 FOR A NEW UNIT, WHEN ALL I REALLY NEEDED TO PAY WAS A FEW HUNDRED FOR A NEW FAN BLADE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AS THEY WILL DEFINITELY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. I ONLY RATED THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD ACTUALLY POST THIS. KEEP IN MIND, THIS GUY CLAIMED TO BE A CHRISTIAN AND ASKED ME IF I WAS SAVED AND DID I BELIEVE JESUS DIED FOR MY SINS.

A simple call to NES inquiring about an extremely high bill turned into someone coming out to look at our meter and a note saying we had damaged electrical equipment that required a licensed electrician to correct it. Googled a few places, decides to call McBride Electric. Houston came out and was very knowledgeable and honest explaining the situation. He worked me into the schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Will be using them in the future!!
