My AC performance was very poor and I wanted to install a high efficiency system, which necessitated the replacement of some of the system components. McGrath Heating & Cooling fitted Our heating and cooling system ten years ago, a They did a fantastic job. Our bills were cut in half and the house was at a better temperature all the time, no cycling. Now for the first time in those ten years Our water heater quit on Sunday evening, I called Monday morning, within three hours the technician arrived, an hour later the heater is fixed and serviced. You can’t beat that can You. Terrific people to work for you and have at the end of the phone. We will never go anywhere else. Thank You Guys.
McGrath Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company in Antioch. I've been a realtor 10 years and only use them for my own properties. I recommend them to all my clients. Let me summarize: quick service, efficient scheduling, expert advice on options and fair pricing. The latest service was check on a/c which needed two pounds of Freon recharge. One hour in and out, and the place is freezing cold. My four year old son sleeps comfy now. Top notch.
Very professional service and responsive to our needs. The owner came out himself for the quote, inspected what he was working with and instead of having us pay nearly the same to have a mini split installed, quoted us a reasonable central air conditioning proposal with top quality equipment for half of the Costco-affiliated quote. Within the week, we had brand new top-end central air for an affordable price. Runs smoothly and the house is so much more comfortable! Feels like a whole new house at a reasonable price. Highly recommend their services!
I called about my furnace not working and Ray came out within three hours. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and explained what was happening. The customer rep responded immediately and was a true professional at work. The techs too were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful that they cleaned my furnace to my satisfaction. The prices were reasonable for the annual service.maintenance agreement and the customer service was great! Two guys showed up to my condo and took the time to check everything and clean everything thoroughly. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained to me everything that they were doing as they went along. I am very pleased.
