The staff is so friendly and caring, the first dentist's office I'm actually not afraid to go into and get work done. Everything is working like it should and they know what they're doing over there.
Everything about this dental office was great ! It was exactly what I have been searching for ! I initially chose this place only based off appointment availability. However, the hospitality of the front desk lady was unmatched. She was professional, personable and welcoming. The dentist fixed a problem for me that I have not been able to get 5 other dentists to find ! You don’t get this kind of experience going to the generic corporate run dentist offices. The dentist had time to solve my problem same day. What should have been a 45 minute appt was resolved in 4 hours because they were not over booked and had time to address my issues. I am greatful. Highly recommend!
I wish that I could give zero stars. Every time I go there is a different dentist and different hygienist. I scheduled an appointment and a cleaning. After my x rays were taken and the dentist spent less than 4 seconds examining my mouth, they told me since I missed the last visit I would require a \deep cleaning\ which after my good Vanderbilt Delta Dental insurance would cost me over 900 out of pocket. My insurance pays for a cleaning every 6 months but they said that I wasn't eligible for that benefit since I missed the last visit. (According to my insurance is a load of BS!) On my last visit there, they told me that I needed a crown, which I thought odd bc I had not had any issues, this time when I went I was told that my teeth were in great shape, no cavities, but if I didn't want tooth loss, I should get the deep clean. When I asked about the crown, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Pretty good scam they are trying to play there. BEWARE!!!
First time here and the atmosphere was friendly. Time management was good. Had my procedure done the same day.
