I went to the seafood counter asked the clerk for 1/2 lbs Italian seafood salad. Got home went to open it up for our dinner was charged 51.28 for 1.72 lbs of crab legs. I took it straight back. It took 3 days before the return hit my bank account. I thought I give them another try today. There was 2 people in the sandwich, a customer at the deli meat counter and me. 2 clerks over at the sandwich area there 1 in the deli meat section and 2 standing making sushi. It took 17 minutes until the one clerk from sandwich bar came to help me. This man had just arrived to get Chinese food and the clerk making sushi starting waiting on him. I asked my clerk for some chicken stripes and asked for fried rice and chow main. She said that after I got my stripes I had to go standing behind the line to get my Chinese food. I was like oh I am done here. I will never go back to this Safeway again.

Was not very clean when I went to the bathroom and everything was kind of sticky looking around the store definitely could use a good cleaning in there. Also the area is not good at all keep your doors locked at all times

The store is always nice and neat, plus well stocked. But the cashier's and baggers are not very friendly. They don't greet you or thank you for coming or anything. I was in Awe? Safeway is known for much better customer service than this. I've been there 4 time's cause I live close by, but I may change stores.

Employees are helpful & friendly- the stores are always clean, well stocked and brightly lit- products are fresh & high quality- prices are reasonable. Overall best grocery store in the bay area!
