I had such a great experience with Kali due to how kind, informative, and professional she was. She also made the application/tour process super easy and exciting. I am so excited to be living at the Anson! The apartment itself is super sophisticated and modern. I also love how the floor plans bring a homie vibe.

My roommate and I moved into the Anson back in late July and I cannot praise this complex enough. The apartments are spacious, modern and have everything I could ever dream of in a place I call home. The kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely massive and have plenty of storage. Kali did my initial tour and was amazing at answering my hundreds of questions. I have two larger dogs and was happy to see that the complex is VERY pet friendly and has a bark park and dog washing station. The pool area, gym, and club house are amazing additions to apartment living, they are always clean and I look forward to meeting other residents when I hang out there. The leasing staff and maintenance are always an absolute blessing to work with if I have questions or concerns. I absolutely love living here and I’m so happy I picked the Anson as my home.
I love living here. The leasing office is amazing. The maintenance crew is perfect n so quick!! These apartments are pretty. White subway tile with gray granite countertops in the kitchen. Spacious kitchens. Brand new appliances. I love my apartment. It will be a year in June!!
The Anson is an amazing place to call home. We moved during COVID times but they have manage to have virtual game nights and “Win it Wednesday “ activities. My husband and I have met some really great people here. The apartment itself is awesome. Along with the amenities. We absolutely love The Anson Apartments and it’s staff.
Great amenities and beautiful units that are spacious. However, there is CONSTANT noise. If you work early in the morning, you're out of luck. I have a unit above me who lets their dog bark repeatedly and constantly stomping on the floor, to the point where our ceiling light fell. Our next door unit is constantly playing loud music that vibrates through the walls. I have never complained at an apartment I have lived at before, but this is driving me crazy.
Moved in 2 months ago into a building within the new Phase 2 and am very happy with my apartment and the complex so far. Units are brand new and come with great appliances solid insulation for an apartment. Office staff have been incredibly flexible managing needs of current residents like myself and the growth/building that will be finishing up in a couple of months.
We moved in two weeks ago, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoy living here! The amenities are wonderful with the gym (great equipment), coffee in the clubhouse, and a very nice pool. We haven't had any issues with noise. The move in process was smooth, even with COVID19 restrictions. Would recommend to anyone wanting to live close to the city without being right downtown.
The Anson is the perfect home for Nashville Living. It’s an awesome distance from downtown. They have the best amenities. They also have many social events for holiday’s or just because we need it after a long day at work. I’ve lived in Nashville for approximately 5 years, and I’d say the Anson is my favorite. The manager, and leasing agents are the best and will help you with anything you need. Thankful to have found such a great home.
