The staff was wonderful from the start! The Dr was great and made sure he checked my eyes for everything he could possibly check for! The Supervisor Denise was a hoot and fun to work with!! I came in unsure and a little nervous. I was so embarrassed about how old my current glasses and Denise made my appointment fun and less stressful. Had lots of patience while looking for the perfect frames! Even went out of her way to help my spouse with glasses he had purchased months before. She made sure our needs were met before we walked out the door. My time in and out was great. I would recommend any and everyone to go to vision works! Even paid much less than I expected for 2 pairs of glasses!! I came out feeling wonderful and excited!! Thanks Visionworks!

Ive been calling and on hold for over an hour twice they have purposely hung up the line with out answering. Ive gone over two months and this company has not created/ fixed my glasses. They sit at the desk from what I witness and do not answer phones. What is going on who is the owner? Why am I unable to be contacted when I needed help? Why do I now have to be upset to get help and no one ever answers and calls and is now purposely not answering lines several times.

It was good, they took my insurance and the exam was good. I think they could hire a front desk lady who is more ready to please and fast like the gentleman that was working there. Also, the front area and glasses need to be cleaned. Other than that no issues and I was in and out.

Everyone was so kind from beginning to end. This location is taking proper precautions in regards to COVID-19, and everything was cleaned in front of me. The Antioch location also has the digital retinal imaging device as an option instead of dilation, and it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. (Overall my visit was very affordable!) I forgot the doctor’s name, but she was very patient and helped me understand everything that is going on with my eye health. It was the best optometrist experience that I have ever had.

Terrible customer service!!!! Told me it would be 10 days to get my glasses in. I called them after not hearing anything for two weeks and they said my order was in, just sitting around. Never called me, emailed, nor texted as they said they would. Other honorable mentions: -when you’re in the office, the staff is less than friendly. -half aren’t wearing a uniform (one comes in in pajama apparel) -one of the front desk lady does eye exams when they’re mildly busy and the others couldn’t be bothered. She doesn’t explain anything beforehand, so don’t be surprised when the machine shoots air into your eye.
