Due to the Pandemic they have less seats available and that's understandable since they are complying to the Antipolo City health protocol. They're fast in serving the food. But last week their comfort room is closed due to maintenance, hope it will be fixed in the near future.

The food is good but staff can be rude and I'll never recommend people to eat here that expects better or even good customer service. The cashier never even gave us our receipt. The classic cone that I have ordered did not have a CONE which I was not advised first-hand. Staff will even pretend not to hear you sometimes. Hooh. So annoying.
So disappointed. I ask my son to buy one bucket of chicken because my mother was craving for kfc chicken. They give 4 pieces crispy chicken and 2 pieces of BURNED CHICKEN!!!! WHY LIKE THAT. THE OLD WOMAN EAT THE CHICKEN LATE NIGHT AND I DONT HAVE THE CHANCE TO SEND IT BACK TO THE STORE. SO DISGUSTING!!!!

Still waiting for my delivery almost 30 minutes late i try to contact them but the line busy very disappointed..
Ordered online noting in special instructions to notify us if the part of the chicken we need is unavailable so we can change order. Rider arrives from this branch with the hardest part of the chicken. It's not like we could just ditch the delivery guy.
Place is fine. I don't know why no crew immediately cleans up when customers finished their food. But then, the guard did clean. I ordered sisig rice earlier. I didn't find it appetizing. Oh I almost forgot, their utensils! Some are dirty though!
