It's sad to see an American franchise suffer at the Filipino way of doing business. Their cuts of chicken often have jagged edges or cut poorly shape wise. The staff just goes through the motions of finishing their shifts to head home.

Fast food. Nothing more, nothing less. Sanitation on the tables is awful, chicken was fresh, corns are too 'buttery'. That's all.

The last time (5.14.2018) our family went here for lunch was really disappointing. The branch doesn't seem to know who to prioritize when serving. We're on PWD counter because my child has behavioral disorder. It took 5 customers from another queue before they served us! But that is only when we started complaining including people behind us. My point here is, why open another counter if they cannot managed to serve another customer queue and considering the counter is for PWD?
