Smaller subdivision with either a city view or mountain view. The mountain view is less appealing due to presence of NOISY squatter colonies (drunken karaoke parties) by the riverside.

Beautiful overlooking area. You can see huge part of metropolis from here. Eastward is the rolling hills of San Mateo or Sierra Madre. Also, it's a flood-free area where you can enjoy fresh air and a lot more that nature has to offer.
