Daylight robbers, slow Internet connection, intermittent connection and 1 to 2 days no connection at the same price. And experienced it every month. No available customer service, even the facebook page is not accomodating.

Accommodating! Every time I have problem with my connection, they fix it right away. Though I hope they would consider to change my router to a new one. But they said it's for new customers only. Of course, everyone wanted to get the latest and newest and much better things, upgraded things, performance are far more better right?!
Unstable net, poor customer service, almost like a crime. I wont suggest this to anyone until they fix this, its better to get data network.
Putting a number thats not working.... Cant reach customer service... When u go to the office they will tell u that just wait for someone to check on ur router.. Can we just get our connection back?...
Very bad company.. I am getting less than 1/2 of what I pay for and after almost a month of low speed tests sent to them they still have not corrected. Everyone says they are going to get with technical but I have to assume either they are not capable of fixing or they just steal from their customers. If anyone would like to see the proof feel free to contact me.
I don't even care that my internet speed is yet to reach what I pay for! I just want a stable connection, your internet is constantly cutting in and out makes it hard to do anything! Fix this asap
