Where are all the staff of the Provincial government of Rizal and the Tourism Office? I was calling the trunkline of Rizal Provincial Government (6202400) but it kept directing me to a voice message...something like 12 times. Then I got the Tourism Office local 4241 and 4242 and funny but it was also the same voice message and the phone was unattended. Where were all of you government employees who are being paid by our taxes? NO Star!
