Trying to get certified true copy of title for a month now. I have been going back and forth from Cavite 3x now and still no Certified true copy. Every time I go it is not ready, Until now. Started processing firet week of September and it is already the middle Of October. First time I went at 11:30am and there is a sign there that even if staff take lunch there should still be somebody there to process papers. We waited til 12:30. 2nd time I went papers were not yet scanned they said. 3rd time the attorney that will sign they said went to a hearing. Next time not Sure if we will ever get a certified true copy of title

I dont know why the registry of deeds should be far from the City Hall. It is quite a hassle if you are doing something for a land title because you will need to travel back and forth. Anyway, there are ample parking spaces here. Just make sure to get their number if you arr doing something. There was a time they told me to go back in the afternoon. I asked for their number but I was told that it is already sure so no need for confirmatio. So in the afternoon I traveled 2 hours to go there just to be told that the documents were not signed. They wasted my time instead of just giving me number so I can confirm first.
Location of said government office...interior of said shopping plaza...not quiet accessible and very small space of said office.
I keep on calling SARAH which was indicated in my claim stub to follow up before going to registry of deeds antipolo office to check if the documents are ready. I''m just wondering why this girl named Sarah don''t even answer a call. Don''t let this kind of people be the point person for this matter!
