Most of the companies will check your background like the company u work with, the amount u are earning, the place where u stay and etc. But this comapny, just declined the application because of the person who made the background check saw the place of my mother which is not approriate in his/her eyes. It was reported and never asked us to support the proof of our income. I felt that there is discrimantion, hpoing that this company will improve more on customer service handling and equal opportunity.
