The owner promised a proper antiques shop, and he didn't disappoint. There's something for everyone with a brilliant range of furniture and curios, and the promise of more with each visit. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, an absolute pleasure to chat with! Cheers, we will be back!

Loved this place. So much better than it looks on TV. We ordered a red royal mail post box and that was just the excuse we needed to go and visit the shop. We brought loads more items and enjoyed the experience and dealing with Nick.

Having trawled through ebay, gumtree and various sites for a particular size antique desk we finally found exactly what we wanted at Antiques and Chic, no fuss and good value too. I hadn't even been aware this shop existed even though we live nearby, it's a treasure trove of exciting and lovely stuff, everything from furniture to paintings, jewelry and so on. A hidden gem in Sawbridgeworth!
