Saturday 18th April 2020. Website says Royal Avenue branch Belfast open 1000-1400. I called today at 1315 and it was closed. Big red shutter down. I know these are trying times, but at least keep up to date for your customers.

I cannot understand why you are closed at 3pm? how is anyone to get to the bank who works 9-5 if the bank is closed so early? I tried lodging checks a few times with your machine outside and it NEVER works!

Being in a dependent Visa, I was finding it hard to get the bank account opened in my name with other Banks. But Santander just made my life so easy and got that done in one hour.
Staff are friendly and helpful and give you open and honest information . Plenty of space and seating and with 3 Atm's to deposit or withdraw from inside. Can be busy at the main counter with a wait during peak times such as lunch time.
