It's small but well-stocked. I give it only three stars because I'm miffed that when you choose discounted articles they scan the product barcode and not the discounted label. Happens everywhere though I suppose.

I will never come back again. The ventilation in this establishment is totally uncontrolled, more than 1200ppm!! They have been saying for months that they are going to take measures but they do nothing. They should control the ventilation and put screens with the CO2 values to make it visible to all customers. It is a place to avoid until they take serious measures. They have lost me as a customer, and all my family & friends. Bye bye Carrefour

I am a regular shopper here and am generally very happy with the variety and quality of products as well as the service from the vast majority of the staff. Unfortunately, there are a couple of people that work there that can be extremely impolite, particularly when it comes to dealing with people that may not be native to Belgium. It is a shame that I have to take one star off for this because the manager is always around and trying to be helpful to customers, so it is a shame that not all his staff follow his example.

The G4S made a huge problem just because I took a mask from the counter. (despite that I asked the permission of their employees).He stood in my face (despite corona measures and asked very rude " WHO told you to pick this mask). I sent an email to carrefour : And obviously no respond !!! I suppose they believe they are customers' owner as well. Thanks god carrefour is not monopol in the neighborhood anymore. After 8 years of shopping here, I just stopped. No more 500 euro/month spending on this shop. Enough is enough if you don't know how to treat your customers. This was not the first time that I encountered a rude staff. Obviously you are not willing to do something about it other wise you would answer my email at least. I spent approximately 48.000 euro on this shop ! biggest mistake of my life and a small lesson for this awful company.

Good and large underground supermarket right in the old town. It carries most food products and a variety of non-food products as well. They also have specialty foods from several countries as well as freshly made sushi. There is also fresh produce, fresh sea food, meats, cold cuts and cheese. The supermarket is clean and they have a self-scan line if you are in a hurry. Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
