Often experiencing problems. We call for delivery for our company in Liege (why do we have to go through a'pen at the first place?), often we have to call again and again because the truck does not come. We call again, we are transfered the the area site that is not aware of our order. It is 1 or 2 day delivery time, and after this time, nothing came, we have to call again, be transferred, and a new delay is given. I don't understand how such a big company fails so often.
