I would not advise them for anything. Customer service is rude and not responsive. I bought a 1y4m old VW Polo with 16.000km. Front wipers didn't work properly from the beginning, I was already 4 times to fix them and still not fixed, so waiting for my 5th appointment for this matter. After I did 5000km my car gave a message for oil service (normally 100cost) When I came to pick up the car it appeared they did full inspection (that was not needed) without asking me and invoice for 350. And the wipers were also included in the invoice, that was deleted after some discussions... from other reviews I see I'm not the only one badly treated and charged with extra money

Super bad service. I was a new client for 1 year and the way they communicate towards customers is totally not costumer oriented. I will never go back there. Also it is much too expensive they exaggerate in there prices. I payed 50% less for the same.
I went to this garage for the first time in order to have the maintenance performed on my Audi and have it ready for the vehicle inspection. I got a quote of almost 5000 euros ( !!), with comments that I almost should not drive my car anymore, and that I should highly consider to sell it or maybe send it to a breaker’s yard. 5000 euros being an enormous amount of money, I wanted to have a second quote. The other garage told me that nothing was wrong with my car, and that I could perfectly drive. I successfully went to the vehicle inspection without changing any part mentionned in the quote and drove more than 2000 km and I did not have any problem. I was really really disappointed by the service provided, especially coming from an official Audi garage. It seems to be almost a swindle.
