What a bad service! I brought my Sandringham trench to shorten the sleeves and they messed up my coat. 'I can't guarantee that we will be able to fix it properly' Thats what the sales guy told me. Never again. I left the coat in the store and contacted customer service. They should close that store in Antwerp.
