It's Antwerp's main train station. Their are many stores inside including a small police station, hairdressers, different banks, different cuisines, small supermarkets and you can also take national and international trains, metro underground to different places in Antwerpen. Outside also metro and buses to different Belgian cities.

Old train station with a beautiful Central hall

This old station has undergone an extensive and amazing transformation with now four levels of platforms. All the while the original features such as the ticket hall has been maintained. The station has food outlets and has trains to all parts of Belgium plus The Netherlands, Germany, and France

This place is breathtakingly beautiful. We arrived here from Amsterdam via Thalys (1hr 15 mins) and spent the entire day in Antwerp. This was a great “welcome” to the city. This beautiful building was impressive inside and out.

Easily one of Europe's best train stations. Amazingly eclectic architecture. Very clean. But also quite easy to navigate despite its size. A real thrilling start of your visit to Antwerp- an amazing city overall. The interior is also lit up lovely when it's dusk and dark.

Iconic building. Fantastic architecture which will make you want to stop and look at. Train services very efficient and plenty of electronic information boards to check arrivals / departures.

This is probably one of the most beautiful train stations that I have ever seen. I’ve probably spent about an hour there taking pictures (yes, a big part of the time was just waiting for people to move). I think there are about three levels, with the ground level having the most spectacular architecture, and the lower levels being more modern. There is also a Café and a few shops, pretty standard.

Very impressive place. Even if you don't plan to ride a train, you must visit Centraal Station just to enjoy аrchitecture.
