Embarassing. I gave them my watch for changing the battery. They didn't have the battery in store and they had to send it to another center to have the work done. They promised me to do in one week. The timing was an important matter for me, as I explained them more than once, due to my constant travels. They posteponed the deliver back of my watch week by week, adding every week a new excuse. After more than 20 days, they were able to give my watch back, without neither notifying me by message as they pretended to have done. Unprofessional in all the way they could. Never again.
