Made a reservation for a week for 2 cars in June to go to London. As the trip is cancelled due to COVID19 I wanted to cancel the reservation. I both sent 2 mails and filled out an online form. I didn’t even get a response. While the total cost is 120 EUR and it will not destroy me, I’m really disappointment not getting any reaction despite multiple efforts. Customer service yet to be invented by Indigo. Extremely disappointing- even after the promise to mail me based on this review, I heard nothing back. I called them 2 times after the response to my review, they took all my information and promised to get back to me, of course no reaction. You cannot continue to use COVID as an excuse, get your act together and at a minimum be transparent. If you don’t have the cash, let me know, so I don’t waste my time chasing your customer service.
