Shipment improperly packaged, goods were damaged, but these were not credited to the shopping account, very harsh and unfriendly customer service regarding this incident, seems they do not care about it, even though I could prove with photos, answer: we don’t take it back, throw it away or do whatever you feel fit to do with it. Was a satisfied customer for years but am very disappointed now
