Quick, detailed and straight to the point service. I'm very happy about that place. Very nice guy. Insured my motorcycle in 15 minutes without any problem.
One star of five is still much too much. Office is not reachable by phone. The guy from the shop very often is not there during opening hours. If he is there then he is not willing to do good service for the clients. The simplest for that not friendly guy is to send a client to Brussel because he does not know how to do this or that. He even did not know how to prepare the \Shadeattest\. In other insurance company they do it immediately. It is scandal!! Hoe is possible for Touring company to accept it ???????? Never again .....
Sometimes a bit of a queu but that's forgiven with the honest service.
