I scheduled an appointment online, thought it was weird that I received an appointment request confirmation but not a appointment confirmation. I called to confirm my appointment to be told they don’t accept online appointments and the pricing is different than online. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, not exactly confidence inspiring when it comes to getting blood work done. I guess they must just get enough business that it doesn’t matter how they treat customers.

I don’t usually leave reviews for much but I just felt this one was worth sharing! I have been using this company for my testing & have been there 4-5 times over the past year & the service as well as professionalism is top notch! I’ve dealt with Megan for the most part & she is always very professional & friendly which has made this whole experience much better than I had originally expected! I had to make a drastic change in my life about 10 months ago which is what brought me to Any Lab Test Now. I was embarrassed & a bit ashamed of myself the first time coming in & was worried about being judged but I was delightfully wrong bc Megan definitely didn’t judge & has been nothing but supportive of me throughout this. I have to continue being tested for the next year or so for sure & without a doubt I will continue coming there & wouldn’t even think of going somewhere else. I highly recommend this company to anyone that requires the services they offer!

I never leave reviews, but wanted to leave this as a warning to everyone. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the blonde woman at the desk looked up and asked, in a very rude tone, “what are you doing here?” When I told her I had booked an online appointment, she told me that they are not honoring online appointments, and I should have known that because there is a sign on the front door. When I pointed out that there is no way I could’ve seen the sign on the door while booking the online appointment, she all but rolled her eyes at me. Management needs to do something about the online appointments because people are having to leave work to get lab work done, and having to reschedule is very inconvenient. She was very unkind and had a sour attitude, and the other worker was not wearing her mask in the office around patients. I would not recommend the Knoxville Any Lab Test Now location.

A few weeks ago I went to get a glucose test for my pregnancy at Any Lab Test Now and my experience has left with with anxiety ever since. Upon arrival I was surprised to find the receptionist not wearing a mask, when due to COVID 19 it is currently mandated. The woman who helped me at the front desk also drew my blood, and when transitioning, didn't wash her hands or use any form of sanitizer and then proceeded to assist me (touching my arm trying to find a vein) gloveless. After prepping she eventually put gloves on, only to have the glove break with her fingers fully exposed, which didn't seem to phase her and she continued with the blood draw. I left mortified and very concerned that if this is happening in front of patients, there is no way behind the scenes sanitation procedures are being followed and could potentially put others in danger. Please, for your well being, do not support this business!
