We were very happy with our visit. We went for a Covid 19 test prior to travel. The price was cheaper than other walk-ins. No waiting. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We hit a snag with the timing of the return of the test results which would have halted our travel plans..This was not the fault of the business. The staff quickly provided a solution by offering to come in during off hours and administering a rapid test. Thanks to owner Glory, we were able to travel as planned. We give them high marks for service.

Lisa the medical assistant as well as the lab tech was absolutely AMAZING from the time I entered the building all the way through the testing. She was very prompt and absolutely no issues. I felt as if I was at home and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever felt like that before at a lab testing center LOL thank you again for your kindness and for your promptness. Will use again for annual renewal testing. Very cost efficient and most important Lisa Followed all Covid related regulations for the safety of any and all persons who entered the establishment

All I can say is WOW! I called on a whim (since it was getting so late in the day) for an upcoming surgery, Lisa was so helpful and was able to see me that day and get all my tests taken! If it weren’t for Lisa I don’t know if I would have been cleared in time for this surgery. Not only was her customer service excellent she was diligent and went above and beyond to call me and make sure they received my results!! Thank you so much Lisa!

My experience with ALTN was very good. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Whenever I left a message on their voicemail I received a call back. Results came back when they estimated that they would.

I had to find a lab that would do a metal sensitivity test (I already had the kit). I had gone to 3 places & each declined to do the testing. I called & Any Lab Test Now & the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant & said they would do it. I went immediately, with the kit. I also have very small (& not many) veins so I thought this would be my next issue. but the tech, Lisa, was amazing! She was an EMT prior to this job, so that was a huge help for her being able to find a viable vein. She even did it with no pain!!! I highly recommend this lab! I won’t be going anywhere else if I need any further bloodwork in the future!
