Placed a call on Friday 30th Nov as my 3 month old Ro water purifier was giving problem. Today it's Sunday afternoon and no one is here to service my machine. Engineer had confirmed he will be here at 11 am. Call center is trying to arrange a call by the end of the day! !! Horrible service. Hopefully their management is seeing this

Worst customer service. Called in to complain that the geyser is not working. Its only after 4 days the service personnel came, he found out that the wire was burnt and need a replacement wire. Firstly, he came for service, he never brought wire. It has been 1 week since he went MIA and still he is looking for wire, I guess. My continuous calls to their customer care goes unattended. One of the worst after sales service I have ever witnessed.

Placed an order and was promised delivery the next day. Since then, the representative blocked my number and hasn't cared to call. When I call customer service, they keep giving me different people's numbers to talk to. And the people keep giving me other people to talk to. Really bad customer service.
