The plain pancakes and the caramel salt pancakes disappointed me. Too many strong flavors for my taste. In addition, I had to wait for my order for an unusually long time, and one drink was missing.

Nice presentation of pancake. But it is not the usual taste. It is spongy and egg taste called ''soufle pancake"
Waited way too long my order took about 18 min for pancakes I was the only customer. Service needs to improve. My pancakes did not taste good at all. They were dry and slightly burn making them taste bitter. I asked if I could switch the chocolate syrup to maple they said no and that I had to pay an extra 100 yen. Find an alternative place to eat
need to wait 8-10 minutes for 2 dish ready. but they served it well. 8/10

Long wait. Fluffy pancakes are premade and just sitting out gathering dust. Real let down if that's what you are hoping to try.

レジの金髪女性の接客態度が驚くほど酷すぎる。 パンケーキを注文したら、かなり迷惑そうな表情で『30分かかります』と不機嫌丸出しで言われた。 普通は最低でも15〜20分は掛かるのでこちらは許容範囲。そんなに作るのが嫌なのか？！ その後のドリンクオーダーにも反応悪く… 結局パンケーキは待って5分後に出来あがり むしろ何でこんなに早いのか？！作り置き？？と笑うしかない。 パンケーキ、味に全くインパクトがなく 接客も含めトータル的にこれに1,300円の価値は全くない。 店員さん…この仕事嫌なら辞めたらいいのに… お店のイメージダウンに間違いなく繋がっていますよ。
