Very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. The bus and train connections are not the best, but it hasnothing to do with the room. The bathroom was also very big and clean but the sink and the bathtub were not tight. Thats why only four stars. Priceperformance is still very good! Greetings from Germany.

Nice apartament with everything you need in it and very clean!
Clean room. After the second night there was ant infestation going on in the sleeping couch. Our appartment was on the top floor, although it wasn’t too hot outside at night it became very hot inside without AC.
Great apartment. Two balconies. Fabulous neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful. Supermarket on 2 minutes walk
Location was my main Criticism. The transport links were unsatisfactory & not very accessible which meant at first taxis were the prime means of travelling. Would recommend downloading the MyTaxi app as it’s cheaper than other taxis (and Uber), easy to set up and you can also pay by cash so you do not have to link your bank card details. However, I ended up renting a car as it was more cost effective and wanted to make a few trips and have the freedom without spending too much. This alleviated the issue with location & would highly recommend renting a car if you are comfortable with driving on the right hand side of the road. In spite of this, the apartment itself was really nice and very good value for money with good amenities. It also has a balcony with a nice view. Would advise travellers to DOUBLE CHECK with the appropriate persons when booking as we had a bit of confusion from booking with Expedia. We wanted to book 2 rooms but ended up with 2 apartments which caused a bit of confusion - completely understandable but the receptionist/owner was very unhelpful towards this and extremely rude, with no willingness to resolve our issue. When you book you will be informed that check-in is at 14:30. May I stress that this means check-in is at 14:30 and not a second sooner! We arrived an hour early and were stood outside trying to get in touch by ringing the intercom and their contact number and eventually were told to come back at 14:30. It wasn’t ideal that we had to wait for an hour in the rain with our suitcases amongst other disgruntled guests outside the front gate. I would advise you not to book this if you are planning to pay multiple visits to the centre of Milan & are not prepared to rent a car or are happy to endlessly splash out on extortionate taxi fares. Based on aesthetics - not a bad choice. Based on location, service, attentiveness to needs and willingness to solve problems - unsatisfactory.
