Moved in yesterday and the windows are broken, heat doesn’t work properly, loads of previous tenets stuff inside of the flat ans you can’t talk to them in person or over the phone, they direct you to an app, which doesn’t work most of the day. Cant take a shower because there is no hot water, in the middle of winter! No one explain the basics. They push you to pay the rent/deposit and give reviews before moving in, but after you pay they dont care about you at all. Will take them to citizen advice and court.

Apartment Wharf were incredibly helpful. I managed to find a place quickly and without any fuss. I understand that during a pandemic certain precautions have to be made so putting money down to secure the room was no issue for me and I trusted Yasmin’s judgement. She had confidence that I would love the place and she was right. She’s been very responsive and had answers for all my questions. Great customer service and incredibly polite, making my whole renting experience pleasant. I will surely be back when/if I need to. Thanks again

I have rented a room with this agency. I was not able to view the room due to the Coronavirus situation instead they provided me with pictures of the room in which the room was well presented fact that made me go further and sign the tenancy contract. Later on the day I was supposed to move in I found that the room was nothing like in the pictures. The room was uncleaned and the carpet was infested with clothes moths which makes it unliveable and unsuitable for my needs. I immediately left the place and in the following days I have been contacting them hoping that we will come up with a solution. The communication between me and the administrator was very slow and unsatisfactory, their actions were insufficient. Giving these facts I was forced to find a different place to live as I was basically without a roof over my head. Stay away and do not sign anything until you see what are you paying.
