It should be made clear that APC and American Playground Company are managed by the same installation staff. I asked the initial APC contact/sales person if this was the case and he assured me they were two totally different companies. Once we got to the installation paperwork, all names and contacts were the same. Should have known not to continue with the purchase. Customer service \sucks\.
