Raj Tanwar is is very gentleman and knows the cusomer service very well. I read few negative comments and I believe those were 90% fake. In terms of repairing , Data Recovery and mainly customer service this is great. Will visit in future also for any repairing works.
My situation was a bit different. Because of multiple times formatting due to certain bug in the system I was told by many that the data will not be recovered. Went to many places in nehru place where price were quite high and possibility of getting the data back was low. Then I reached apeksha computers and told them my situation. They totally understood it and assured me that my data will be either collected in raw or in folder (if I m lucky). I gave them my hard drive. Next day I got all the data and lucky enough that too in folder. The price, half of what others were demanding. Totally worth every penny. I couldn't be thankful enough
Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The owner is ill mannered, doesn't know how to treat customers when they come to his shop, he is same with his employees. Plus he will rip you off with his charges. Example: I asked for A data SSD 240 GB - the usual price for the SSD is 2599 and he asked for 3500. And if you will try to bargain he will start blabbering about wasting time and his employees salary. He is a shop owner he should be humble and help the customers in every situation instead he blabbers. This is my experience, would seriously advice all of you to look for other options, there are lots of far better shops at Nehru Place who will actually help you fix your problems.
Mr Raj is very professional and friendly. They recovered my data very efficiently. I was very relieved that no data was lost. Genuine place, Highly recommend it.
