During the purchase, I selected IDEAL as a payment method. When I paid 379Euro to YOUR company, then 'session timeout' was occured my screen and I waited for the purchase confirmation email. I waited all day to see email in my mailbox (including myspam) but did not get any email. So, I could not find ANY responsible person to talk from your side & gopro side. for the next purchaser: I read same comments as I have. Please be careful! this is my 4th day with no response.

Roman, how did you get in contact with them? They don't reply to email and don't answer the phone... I've paid and there was no finalised transaction page, no email confirmation about my order. I paid via iDeal and the amount has been retrieved from my bank account. Seriously, what is happening?

i order a go pro via ideal payment method . Yet moduslink is not willing to send me the device.

Niet te bereiken! Een GoPro besteld en betaald via ideal maar gopro geeft aan geen order te kunnnen zien. Bedrag is overgemaakt naar de logistieke partner moduslink dus maar ze zijn onbereikbaar! Zeer slecht geregeld en nu..? Zo te lezen in de reviews ben ik niet de enige die hier belazerd word met een gopro.

Acer Laptop die Ware war nicht orginal das Netzteil war defekt das Gerät ging direkt zu Acer da Garantie drauf war laut Acer ist das Netzteil nicht orginal. Die Firma auch nicht auffindbar laut Googel. Daher achtung beim Kauf bei dieser Firma.
