Alan V. was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the systems he services. I was told earlier by another service man that my mini split upstairs was only AC. Alan took the time to go upstairs and check out the unit and make sure that there is cooling and heating. I'm thrilled!

Just moved to Apex, and I had an issue with my AC. Justin came out and fixed... even called me to see if I was available 3 hours earlier than our window (very much appreciated on a hot day!). I also added a service contract with the team. Very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Thanks Justin for getting us cool again!

This place is a sham. Very dishonest. They want to sell you a new unit. Two different techs, two different diagnoses (still no heat) and when I got a third opinion it was 1/200 of the cost and I didn’t need a new unit. I have heat. Go with air experts. Service call way cheaper too!
