He gave me a date to do the repair and showed up that day and on time. I judge how honest people are by their actions. Chris did everything he said he was going to do. Our heat is back! We called Chris and he was able to quickly replace a couple of bad parts in our HVAC unit to get our heat going. The price was significantly lower than an estimate we had from another local company that we have used in the past. No sales pressure, just described the problem and answered any questions that we had. Would definitely hire again in the future.
