Building a home is typically a stressful experience, and we built our new home in Pittsboro, NC with Cotton Construction while living in Georgia! You would think that would be a recipe for disaster, but the process went smoothly thanks to Bill and his capable staff. What impressed us the most was the excellent communication, being able to follow the progress using their Builder Trend site, and their willingness to make sure that all our desires for our house were fulfilled—and they were! Bill and his staff are professional, detail oriented, easy to work with and go over and above. We would highly recommend Cotton Construction!

We bought a house that was built by Cotton Custom Homes and within a month had some issues that ended in water damage (unrelated to their construction). They were extremely accommodating to help us find a crew to return it to its original state. The house is well built and has so many details, you can tell they really care about their work. We will definitely build with them if we ever decide to move. Thank you!!
