I called them to buy JCB hand tools and they advised about their working hours. When I actually travelled 25 kilometres from Vasant Kunj to their alley type shop I got a shock. There were no hand tools on display and nothing on sale. Instead, they stock them at some other location and deliver on the second day. Don't get fooled by expecting to see things instantly at their shop and buy them. Even I had called the sales persons of JCB before visiting and they didn't let me know about this odd dealer. This is an old style, classic business house and don't expect things to go the modern way.
