There are not enough words to describe how great Stephanie is! She made the move for my mother as easy as possible. She negotiated rates, set up the physical move for my mom and set up her medication refills as well. After all the movers brought my mothers belongings to her new location, Stephanie had already unpacked and organized half of her things. Stephanie kept me up to date daily of everything before the move, and has followed up several times since the move. She truly cares and has a passion for what she does!

I cannot say enough about the tremendous service that Stephanie has provided to a person she recently worked with as well as to their family and the community the person moved to. Transitioning to a new level of care is never easy for the person or the family. Stephanie came in, got to know the person, and guided the family through the entire process. Her expertise in the transition process allowed the person to move into their selected community within 24 hours. Stephanie was such a relief to the person, the family, and to me as the healthcare provider. Her quick response and attention to detail created such a smooth transition. She went above and beyond for the good of the person she worked with. She handled all the paperwork, she spent hours chasing medication lists, coordinating transportation, and being a resource and source of comfort for the family. Her services are different to other companies that just give people names of facilities in their area.
