Now this is some insane food! I stopped by the food truck a while ago and I meet this young nice Italian gentleman, Joseph Silluzio. He was by far the best cook there and he made me feel welcome and loved. This business is great and I believe Joseph will be going places in the near future. I had the cheeseburger trash plate (their signature dish). It’s extremely filling, and slightly expensive if you are expecting to eat it for one meal. If you go in thinking you’ll save a bit for later, the price makes sense. The flavor of the food is perfectly acceptable. The burger and trash sauce were perfect. The fries and macaroni salad were good. It’s quality food. I recommend dipping a fork of food in ketchup. I’m not a ketchup lover but this added a surprising amount of enjoyment. I recommend trying it. To earn 5 stars I’d like the fries and macaroni to have a punchier flavor.
The food was great, I highly recommend eating here! I got the cheeseburger burger trash plate with their home fries and macaroni salad. The service was great and they were very attentive.
From Rochester NY. Moved here 2 years ago. Had a fish fry. Best one since we moved here. Too bad you're an 1 away. Was worth the drive.

Review from a Rochester, NY native: plate was very good. Sauce was a bit thicker and spicier than Nick Tahous. Mac salad nearly identical. Homefries were much lighter but the crunch was excellent. The price is nearly double what NY plates are. Will definitely be back. Want to try the Friday fish fry and have another plate or 20. If the price was lower I'd have given it 5 stars.
If I could give this more stars I would!!! Found a little piece of Rochester, NY here! It smells wonderful when you walk in and the food is authentic trash plates! Zweigles hot dogs, the perfect mustard, meat sauce,onions and fries!
Super good food, huge proportions and casual environment! I love coming here with friends and it’s a great casual place to hangout and eat! All the staff is really nice, and the place is really clean. The sanitation rating is 99% which is great and the open hours are great! Try the cheese burger trash plate, I got it with sliced jalapeños and added hot sauce and it was amazing.
