Should have read the reviews here before ordering from this poor excuse for an online shop. Absolutely hopeless service advertising stuff they haven't got in stock and then after a week from ordering decide to tell you that, and it will be 3 weeks before they can get it. Then 10 days to get your money refunded and can't be bothered to apologise either. Useless.

Book was ordered eight days before a birthday. It didn't arrive. A replacement was sent, arriving eight days after the birthday. This company appears to have no sense of urgency, also using snail mail. A totally rubbish 'service' causing frustration for the sender and disappointment for the young recipient.

i m pay extra for 2 day delivery, now pass 6 working days (8 overall)for delivery and still undelivered. The 48 hour service does not work. And terrible communication. Very dissatisfied.

I often get the best prices here - it doesn't come up in all price comparisons - never been disappointed and love that there is no delivery charge. Some reviews comment on slow delivery - I've never had an issue - it has always been dispatched and delivered within the times stated.
