I am a resident at this place and it is freaking awesome! I would love to live here for a second year but I will be moving for my job. The security guards are super friendly. The rooftop pool is unreal. Great rooftop and bottom floor gym. I live at the District on Apache for two years and I can tell you that this Apollo blows that place away!

Horrible living conditions, pool makes you book reservations and bring your ID can only stay there for an hour can have 1 guest. Because everyone knows when you are paying for amenities it is essential to bring your ID to the pool! Management really out did themselves on this one.

I have never been here nor have I toured here. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. I literally get 3 phone calls every single day about how you have 4x4 apartments available. I don’t care. Please stop. The only time I was in contact with Apollo was when I emailed once 2 months ago inquiring about 2x2 rooms and you had none. So I signed a lease with another apartment complex, end of discussion.

My son lives at Apollo at in the beginning he had a little trouble with move-in, but since then he has had no issues. His four bedroom apartment with his friends has been great and the boys decided to renew for the next year. My daughter will be an incoming freshman in a couple years and I would recommend her and friends and incoming freshman to Apollo!

I would definitely NOT recommend this property. The saga is too long to go into, but suffice it to say that the other reviews that have been 1 star are all accurate. Add to that a tenant, who was alone in a 4 bed apartment during winter break, waking up to 4 men in her apartment doing maintenance. Items of silverware and food disappearing regularly after maintenance has been in the apartment, which is common as the building is unfinished. The upstairs apartment makes so much noise that at times the girls can't hear professors on zoom calls and after repeated calls to security sometimes at 2 or 3 a.m. and numerous emails to management and visits to the front desk, still no resolution to the noise issue. One of the tenants was threatened by friends of the noisemakers upstairs after calling security to tell them to stop the noise at 230 a.m., which was documented by security. Still no resolution, no followup. Many times the staff at the front desk are maskless as well. It all adds up to very overpriced living without the amenities promised. Absolutely terrible management and no one who really cares. No owners to talk to. It's actually highway robbery. What a complete ripoff.

The amenities at Apollo are by far the best in all of Tempe. The rooftop is insane and it's always a great place for football viewing parties and bachelorette nights! Everyone who lives here is so nice and welcoming and I have truly really enjoyed my experience. The office staff is so friendly and they always want to make sure I feel at home here. The Leasing Manager Chloe helped me with a roommate issue earlier in the semester and now I am way happier! For sure live here if you get the chance to!

The fire alarm has gone off here more times than when I lived the freshman dorms. At least 20 times since move in. And it always stays on for nearly 20 min. Its currently 11:30pm and I understand it takes time to get fire dept out here and turn it off... but why does it go off so much?! Fine the people pulling it if it’s that. Or fix the doors or whatever is causing it. If it’s residents setting it off, make it clear that there are consequences. I work full time and do school full time and I know I’m not the only one who does. After today especially, I need some sleep.
