EXCEPTIONAL service. They always go above and beyond for us! One of the things I always appreciate is that if I tell them I need a dumpster right away for a specific project and they are not 100% sure they can deliver it when I'm asking, they'll ALWAYS be up front with me. This keeps me coming back to them for anything I need in the Orlando area, and they are always honest, and always go above and beyond with their service! A customer for life!
This is the second time within the last 7 months we have used Liberty for dumpster rental. We are return customers and we're clearly pleased with our first encounter with them, we decided to use them again! The second time was just as good as the first- we had a quick and painless drop off & delivery both times, with efficient and friendly drivers. We have a narrow driveway at an odd angle and both drivers were able to successfully navigate it without incident. The office staff is friendly and helpful and know you by name and it will give you a sense of familiarity that's comforting, especially these days as you deal with corporate monsters who treat you like a number. We would highly recommend Liberty and will do so to anyone that asks!
I'm hard to impress when it comes to dumpsters, but these guys impressed me. I ordered a 30-yard late Monday afternoon, it arrived on site first thing Tuesday. The price for 10 days' rental was cheaper than two competitors' price for 7 days. The driver placed the dumpster perfectly - four inches from the edge of the sidewalk at the front and the edge of the swinging door four inches from the garage door at the rear ON THE FIRST TRY. Scheduling pickup was a breeze as well. 10/10 would dump again.
