Went in today as I needed to exchange an item and needed assistance with challenges I was having with a different product then the exchange and John was absolutely lovely, helpful, kind and approachable for the exchange, he was amazing! I then seen Sam/Sammy for my IT challenge and, he was very kind and helpful also. Great experience all around. I am also germaphobic and just had major surgery so am apprehensive about going out but, the guys disinfecting everything, security screening me made me feel at ease. Thank you.

Today I went to Bayshore shopping centre with my iPhone X it was purchased in 2017. This morning when I woke up the battery had swollen and split the phone apart damaging the screen. I would have been more than happy to pay the cost of replacing the battery and in exchange have been given a refurbished iPhone X however Mo informed me that they no longer do that. I must not only pay 89 for a new battery but also an additional 349 dollars to fix the screen. I feel that Apple should stand behind their product. If they are selling a product that the battery damages the screen when it swells then the least they could do is provide a refurbished phone. I have purchased countless numbers of Apple products over the years and am feeling let down.

I purchased a case from Apple that after 4 month started braking a part. Went back to Apple for a warranty claim and was told that this is a NORMAL wear and tear. The manager refused to replace it and after paying 55 plus tax I had to get a new case. Dealt very upset with how Apple treats it’s customers. It’s NOT like it used to be. They don’t stand by customer service anymore.

Worst Experience at this store, I had to deal with this store as a female I was treated like I knew nothing, was there for a repair that was covered but they never sent me proper information for apple care, after hours of fighting I left the store feeling exausted and humiluated, being told by the guy not to return to store unless I had the paper they needed, or I wanted to purchase a new phone. My husband returned to store and got friendly service and they helped him no problem.

Getting good service while observing Covid regulations is challenging, but this store is doing a good job. Moreover I had some complex service issues with my iPhone that Donald help sort out, it was very appreciated. Recommend this store.
