Was at store for repair and was very disappointed with staff standing around and not maintaining covid distancing. They had 3 lines for different services. But 6 staff standing around talking and standing right near customers waiting in line. There had to be 15 staff standing around in store talking and not distancing. Was asked by at least 5 staff what I was doing there-would be a few more minutes each person. Waited in line for about 30 minutes before going into store. Glad to get phone fixed, but come on-where is manager?? One of the talkers standing around??

Nice place. Need to make reservations before you go. Anyone one can go without reservation as well. But might need to wait in the line.

COVID-19 procedures are well maintained. There’s a lot of staff outside the store helping people. There are three individual line-ups for different use: 1. Reservation and appointment check-in. 2. Walk-in for shopping 3. Order pick-ups.

I've wasted about 3 hours of my time trying to deal with poorly made Apple products. The apple keyboards have been a known issue for almost 10 years. How has a multi billion dollar company not been able to sort this? Jump plus recommended I take my macbook to the Genius bar. I book an appointment at the genius bar and they tell me my macbook repair was free because of the recall, but it would take upwards to 8 days and they do not provide a loaner. They also didnt have a solution for an alternative.at this plint, I told them I would just purchase the same macbook and had my credit card out. They refused to sell me the product! I live an hour away, and was told by Apple to hang around for three hours for the next available appointment. Extremely disappointing, especially during a pandemic and lockdown.

We had a horrible experience today. Employees don't maintain the province mandated 6 ft. distance and when they get close to you, Eddie, the manager, threatens to report you to the mall security and throw you out of the store, instead asking his employees to maintain the distance. Eddie should be fired. Trouble is, he is not the only one rude there. Some of the employees don't wear name tags. I've found Apple store employees to be generally snooty and definitely lacking in training in areas of humility and customer service. But this was worse than most other times. We had expected at least an average to below average customer service. We didn't expect it to be this poor. My wife asked for a trade in but the genius attending to her refused. Apparently they will fulfill the online purchase but not fulfill online trade in, which is an equivalent transaction. Go figure! They asked that we should have gone on Govt. of Canada website before coming here. Really! How hard can it be for Apple Canada to put a link on their site saying all this? Bozos!
